# Important Message - XML filings in pending status

We’ve identified an issue today where the status of transactions is remaining as ‘pending’.

Our teams are urgently investigating and working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We will provide a further update early next week once we have more information.

This is now fixed.

We still have several confirmation statements filed between 22/11/25 and today, showing as pending. The filings are not visible on Companies House.
