All members as designated member on LLP incorporation?

When incorporating an LLP, the paper form LLIN01 (section A5) asks if all members of the LLP will be designated:

“Will all members from time to time be designated members” {Yes}/ {No}

We can’t see a corresponding question in the Schema. Is this something we can/ need to submit when incorporating a new LLP?

Or is it the LLPDES field?
