Can someone advise whether AmalgamatedName in the Name element of the CompanyData-v3-3.xsd schema is used for individuals or corporate shareholders, please. From a comment about the same value in the Confirmation Statement schema I would say individual, but would like to be certain.

The AmalgamatedName element is used when the name does not conform to the forename & surname standard, such as a corporate appointment e.g. ‘ABC Holdings Inc’. Basically anything that’s not a forename or surname but a single name, or similar.
