Can an ACSP, albeit registered for AML with HMRC, really

a) Be Dormant

b) Have a registered office in a business centre within a BizSpace Business Centre

c) Have a foreign national, usually resident overseas as the sole director

d) Provide ID validation for other foreign nationals as directors of multiple new incorporations

It seems to me that not trading and having no staff makes it somewhat difficult to properly meet Companies House Legal Requirements. including keeping records for 7 years!
