Authorizer for Company Incorporation

Hello all,
My question is about Authorizer for Company Incorporation.
It was earlier mentioned, the authorizer agent for LLP is either a solicitor or a member, what about for these listed below:

  1. Limited by Share,
  2. Limited by guarantee
  3. PLC

As I understand it, there are no restrictions - anybody setting the company up can act as the Agent.
