Can a company be formed with unknown PSC's?

Hi

Can a new company be registered if it does not know who its PSC’s are at the time of incorporation?

For example can a company file an incorporation form with this statement -
< CompanyStatement > STEPS_TO_FIND_PSC_NOT_YET_COMPLETED < CompanyStatement >

We are currently seeking legal advice on this matter and until this time we have removed the incorporation schema from the alpha site. This will be updated and details sent out early next week. We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience.

Just to update this thread for other forum users that may be interested -

CH have confirmed a company can only have one company PSC statement (to say it has no PSC) at the time of incorporation otherwise the customer must provide individual PSC statements for each PSC.
