i am writing to inform you that we have from today Thursday 19 August changed the cut off time for Same day registrations for incorporations and name changes.
We have changed the cut off time from 11am to 3pm.
For a premium fee, incorporation registrations for limited companies can be fast tracked via software. Name change registrations can be fast tracked via software or webfiling for limited companies or LLP’s. Incorporation applications can only be accepted via software and name change applications via software or our webfiling service. They must be submitted by 3pm to be processed on the same day.
Please note that any applications received after the 3pm cut off will not be processed until the next working day. If you want to guarantee a date in the future, please submit your application on that working day. Please also note that at this moment in time we are not re-introducing a paper same day service.
