With regards to submitting changes for Corporate PSC entities where any of the PSCCompanyIdentification information has changed;
The schema seems to suggest that the LawGoverned and LegalForm nodes are mandatory. Does this mean that if any of the information in PSCCompanyIdentification are submitted as a change (PSCPlaceRegistered, PSCRegistrationNumber, CountryOrState) then the LawGoverned and LegalForm nodes must also be supplied even if the information in these nodes have not changed?
Likewise, if there was a change to only one of PSCPlaceRegistered, PSCRegistrationNumber or CountryOrState nodes, would all three nodes need to be submitted in the Change XML?
The legislation requires all Relevant Legal Entity PSCs to supply us with the first two pieces of information, the ‘Legal Form’ & ‘Law Governed’. The PSC has the option to give us the additional 3 pieces of information, if they are relevant, but must give all 3 if they do so.
When a PSC wishes to change any of the information above, we require the new set of information in full (even the elements that have not changed), so that we can overwrite the existing info. It has been designed this way so that PSCs that wish to go from 5 pieces of information down to 2, can do so. Otherwise we would not know if the optional 3 pieces of information were to be removed or not.
