COMPANIES HOUSE - Further update on "pending" issue resolution

Further to my earlier update, we’re happy to confirm that the issue causing some transaction statuses to remain as ‘pending’ has now been resolved.

Our system is currently working through the backlog of affected transactions, so there may be a short delay before all statuses are fully updated. You should begin to see transactions move out of pending shortly.

Please note that transactions are not being updated in the order they were received, so customers may see some filings update before others. If customers report that only some transactions have updated, please advise them to be patient and check again later.

If customers do not see any change by Thursday morning, please raise this with us so we can investigate further.

If any customer has missed a filing deadline as a result of this issue, they should follow the instructions in their non-compliance letter, which explains how to tell us about the pending status they experienced. They do not need to contact us separately.
