Further to Simon’s recent email to say that it is now possible to software file a CS01 with PSC statements that start and end within one “confirmation statement” period for clarity to ensure we amend our system correctly for this can you please confirm that by PSC statements you mean all statements included in the xml under both CompanyLevelStatementType and PSCLevelStatementType

Hello Philip,

Apologies for this late Forum response. As you will now be aware from the e-mail that I sent you on Friday, we are undertaking a further review of what “we can” and “cannot” allow statement wise on a CS01.

I would hope to clarify this in the near future for you.
