Confirmation Statement: Trading Status of Shares

On the electronic Confirmation Statement, if my Trading Status of Shares flags are as follows;

TradingOnMarket = True AND
DTR5Applies = False AND
PSCExemptAsTradingOnRegulatedMarket = True

Then what data do I need to submit for shareholders in the event that I need to report shareholders on the confirmation statement?

Companies which have shares traded on a market, but are not subject to DTR5, will need to give the following information:
· the name and address (as they appear in the company’s register of members) of each person who, at the end of the confirmation date concerned, held at least 5% of the issued shares of any class of the company;
· the number of shares of each class held by each such person at that time.
