As I am sure you are aware, our technical specification advises that if a formation submission requires evidence to support a corporate legal justification for subscriber shareholders/members, the SUPPNAMEAUTH document category should be used to populate this.
However, going forwards we would be grateful if you could instead use the SUPPEXISTNAME document category instead.
The specification will be amended in due course to reflect this.
