Additional context

We previously tested with a larger share total and corrected that to match the company’s current position of 1 ordinary share held by 1 shareholder, but the rejection remains the same.

We would appreciate guidance on the following:

  • Is the Shareholdings block above valid for CS01 in this scenario?

  • Is any additional element required when there have been no transfers?

  • Is there any known formatting rule for shareholder Name or Address/Country that could trigger reject code 11686?

  • Should the shareholder details exactly mirror the values used in incorporation or the last accepted confirmation statement?
