We are receiving an error code when attempting to make a share transfer via confirmation statement.
The error is:
Code: “12682”, Desc.: “All officers for this company have already been verified, therefore you do not need to provide us with further verification details on the confirmation statement. If you wish to file further confirmation statements, please use the appropriate version of the CS01 that does not require officer verification.”
We have filed a confirmation statement after 18th November 2025 with the relevant officers/pscs personal code. We now need to file another to make a change to the shareholding structure.
We were under the impression that we had to provide the personal code when making any changes. However, this error suggests that there is no need to include the director verification section of the confirmation statement when making a subsequent confirmation statement.
I’m not sure what’s happening here either… it looks like the CH submission fails even though all officers are validated.
All the UIDs were already confirmed on the Company Officers page, so we ended up filing a normal CS01 after running into the same issue you had.
How can we verify that all officers have already been verified, we were able to get the verification details and status for pscs using rest api but directors resource doesnt contain that information
Find and update company information service, search for the company and then click on the ‘People’ tab to view the verification status for each company officer.
Deadlines are always available even after verification is completed, only difference i found is once verification is done the appointment_verification_end_on is set to 9999-12-31, we are using that to decide which confirmation statement to send now.
