We have had a query from our dev team re the confirmation statement, that I would appreciate your clarification on:
We understand that a company can file up to 14 days after their due date
what happens if they try to file more than 14 days after via software filing ?
will CH reject their submission ?
will it throw an error ?
I know on paper filings would be accepted in good faith but wasn’t sure about software filing.
