Is there any update on whether the CS01 fee increase will be applied globally on 1st May or by the companies Signed date?

I’m guessing that’s a no then?

I could do with knowing the logic of how the fee increase will be charged with a bit of notice before 1st May if it isn’t just globally applying.

Apologies Mike,

I have been on leave and also had an issue with the URL of the Forum.

The Fee will be based on the receipt date of the filing.

I hope this clarifies.
