Developer Needed to Create Bespoke Ltd Company Formation Service

Hi,

  1. We’re looking for an experienced developer to integrate Companies House API’s into our website so that an end user can submit an application via our website to form a UK Ltd Company.

  2. We are also looking for a feature that allows us to download information about an existing company using the company number. The information that we require is:
    -Next Accounts Made Up to “Date”
    -Next Accounts Made Up to “Due Date”
    -Confirmation statement “next statement date”
    -Confirmation statement “next statement due by date”
