Companies House, as part of its ongoing digital transformation, is again trialling procedures that should lead to quicker formation times.
Further trials will take place on:
Monday 22nd November 9am to 12 noon
Tuesday 23rd November 9am to 12 noon
You do not need to do anything at your end, although you may find that as a result, some formation submissions will be accepted and registered faster than usual.
Please let me know if you experience any unexpected problems during this period (It would be appreciated if you can avoid submitting duplicate applications though).
Assuming these trials remain successful, with no system issues, we will be looking at doing these much more frequently without notice.
