We are aiming to introduce, subject to the passing of secondary legislation, the initial changes on 4th March.
As previously advised, these changes impact the following schemas:
• Incorporation
• Confirmation Statement (CS01) *
• Change of registered office address
- Please note however that due to the wording of the legislation, the CS01 change does not come into force until the 5th March, and as such the current schema will still need to be used for Confirmation Statements dated 4th March, and prior.
