It was recently confirmed that LLPs are included in the “Day 1” 4th March changes.
For clarification, the only change in this instance is that the Lawful Purpose Statement is not required for an LLP - we have therefore made certain validation changes to allow LLPs to incorporate from 4th March.

In another post you said that the email address was required for Ltd companies…
So does this mean for LLPs they don’t need an email address or Lawful Purpose Statement?
Is there a list anywhere of company types and the changes that relate to that company type so we can be sure were submitting correctly?
If we submit an email address or Lawful Purpose Statement on CS01 for a company type that doesn’t require it will the filing be rejected?

Is there any text anywhere we should be using for the Lawful Purpose Statement?
I see a lot of references to the need to agree to it but I’ve not seen anything on what they are specifically agreeing to.
