EF documents not found

When we use GetSubmissionStatus to check the status of an incorporation we are receiving a fatal error 8023 “EF documents not found”. But only for companies submitted today using CompanyIncorporation-v3-0.xsd. Yesterday’s companies are still polling fine.

Just want to check that this is to be expected? Are these in queue and will start polling correctly at some point? And if so, do you have any ETA so we can pass on to our customers?

Yes, we are holding documents in a queue at present to ensure all old submissions are processed first, will let you know when available
