End User Submissions

If the end user is the business rather than an accounting firm who works as an agent. How do they get hold of the presenter details?

Do they have to submit this form?

Hello Mark,

it does not matter if the presenter is a software vendor, agent, accountant, solicitor etc.

You do need to complete a form of this nature however as it returns to you relevant sender credentials.

Can I ask is it only accounts you wish to file?

Hi Simon,

So if I am a software vendor. Could I sign up and allow all my users to submit, if that’s the case, do I have any liabilities if one of my users sends the wrong information?

I only want to submit FRS105 and FRS1021A.
