The UK left the European Union on 31st January 2020 and the transitional period where current rules apply ends at 11pm on 31st December.
Our schema changes will automatically come into effect once the transition period ends on the above date.
The affected schemas are as per this link (these as you know have been available for some time):

The current versions of these schemas will not be acceptable after 11pm on 31st December.
For information, a new v3.5 incorporation schema that takes into account the Memorandum of Association changes which we are mandating next April (schema and example as follows) has also been added:

For those developers that have tested the EUX changes to our BETA platform, please remember to remove all ”beta” and “rc1” references before submitting to the live environment.
As regards paper versions of the affected forms, if an old version form is received on / before 31st December with an appointment date on / before 31st December, and is acceptable in all other ways for filing, they should still be acceptable.
