Facing issue for test account

I am getting this error

Company Incorporation 502 fatal Invalid testmode selected. You must use a test efiling presenter account and set the test mode.

I have received this things

Your customer password
presenter IDs
presenter authentication code:

can you please clarify which things are used for this code or how i can check it is test account or live account credential.
because i am facing this error: You must use a test efiling presenter account
