I’m investigating if we can use the XML Gateway/CH API to file company accounts and upload certain documents. Most of them (e.g. CS01, TM01) are mentioned on the Schema page but we also want to upload Shareholder Resoutions and Articles of Association. It looks like it can be done on the Upload Service, but is this possible with the XML Gateway too?

Many apologies for the delay in responding.
You can indeed submit accounts via the xml gateway, but there are no schemas, you have to create the IXBRL and then submit within an XML envelope.

No, you cannot file resolutions via xml and you can only attach Articles to Incorporations.
