As you are aware, we are continually monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and guidelines issued by Public Health England. We have plans in place to protect the welfare of our employees, but also to maintain essential services for all our customers. As a result, we wanted to inform you of two important updates as follows:

3 Month Extension
COVID-19 has caused disruption and uncertain times for businesses and we have been working with BEIS and other government departments, to develop measures that will help ease the burden on businesses. As of today, businesses will be able to apply for a 3-month extension on filing their accounts. All companies who apply for an extension as a result of COVID-19 will automatically be granted the extension without needing to provide evidence. Temporary Closure of Companies House Contact Centre
Again, in light of recent Government advice, the decision has been made to temporarily close our Contact Centre to protect the welfare of our employees until further notice. From today, any queries should be directed to your Customer Care Manager or to When the situation changes, we will update you accordingly.
