Companies House is moving CHS and its associated services to the central Government service platform and, as a result, a number of the service URLs will change. We will be re-directing traffic from the old addresses so there should be no interruption of service. N.B. - At the API tier we will be re-directing via ELB rather than DNS in case third party services are not configured to allow DNS re-directs.
The URL changes are as follows:
beta.companieshouse.gov.uk —> find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk (main web service address)
account.companieshouse.gov.uk —> identity.company-information.service.gov.uk (sign-in service)
follow.companieshouse.gov.uk —> follow.company-information.service.gov.uk (Follow service)
pay.companieshouse.gov.uk —> pay.company-information.service.gov.uk (payment service)
developer.companieshouse.gov.uk —> developer.company-information.service.gov.uk (developer web-site)
api.companieshouse.gov.uk —> api.company-information.service.gov.uk
api-pay.companieshouse.gov.uk —> api-pay.company-information.service.gov.uk
We will confirm when these changes have been made and, from that point, it would be best practice to use the new addresses for any developments and to amend any existing references rather than relying on the re-direction of traffic.
