Please note there is a new element ‘register entry date’ on the PSC08/LLPSC08 schema. This should be the date that the statement was entered into the company/LLP’s register. This date is mandatory (it must be given even if the company/LLP has elected to keep its PSC register information on the central (public) register).
The ‘register entry date’ element is also on the PSC09/LLPSC09 and is a mandatory field. This should be the date that the information from the PSC09/LLPSC09 was entered in to the company/LLP’s register. The notification date element has been removed.
Revised paper versions of the forms are also now available – please advise if you would like copies of these forwarded to you.
