High error rate - No data received from ngsrv

We are getting a lot of internal errors today.
Is everything alright or is this something we should worry about?

Yes, we were hit by a further wave of NGSRV issues yesterday. We are now working on a permanent solution (it has been hard to pin point the exact cause as the problem has been intermittent).

Any idea when the permanent solution will be ready?

Apologies for the delay in responding. All I can confirm is the IT team are still fully investigating this issue and are currently working on a permanent fix but have no timescales at present.
