How to test confirmation submissions

Hi there,

Just curious on the best/suggested way to test confirmation statement submissions whilst developing. Is there a test endpoint we can hit with some valid XML? I’ve seen a few posts referencing a BETA test service, but haven’t seen any documentation which covers it.
