As part of our ongoing transformation, Companies House is currently trialling procedures that should lead to quicker formation times.
We intend to conduct an operational test of a new procedure this afternoon between 3.15pm and 4.15pm – please note that you do not need to do anything at your end, although you may find that as a result, some formation submissions will be accepted and registered faster than usual.
