Companies House has been monitoring the number of duplicate accounts filings, and have discovered as a result that this is a significant issue that is causing some capacity concerns.
In order to help alleviate, we intend to prioritise the validation on this, and as such, you may receive notification of a duplication much sooner than now.
We would therefore be grateful for your views on:
- Why you think there are so many duplicate filings.
- Will the earlier notification of duplication cause any system issues for you.
