The essential system maintenance to our online services will affect:

• XML SOFTWARE Filing and Gateway
• WebCHeck
• Companies House Direct
This means you won’t be able to file any information online with us during this period.
All search functions on CHS will be available during the essential maintenance. You’ll be able to search all other existing records, including any filings made up until 11:59pm on Thursday 13 April.
You won’t be able to file AD01 on CHS during the maintenance period.
