Just a reminder that ALL “Same Day” services have now ceased as planned.
If you have not already done so, can you please advise your users that this is the case, and if possible disable the “Same Day” option in your products.
This is important as any submission that is received with the “Same Day” element, will still be charged the FULL enhanced fee.
