Incorporation Timings (29th/30th)

I feel like there may have already been a post on this but I can’t find it!

With regards to incorporations being sent today using the old schema, is there a particular cut-off time for when they will no longer be accepted?

Likewise, when exactly will incorporations using the new schema be accepted. Can they be submitted at close of business today for processing tomorrow? Or is it midnight or start of business tomorrow?

Midnight is the cut over.

You can submit using the old schemas up to then and they will be processed under the old act, the new ones won’t work until tomorrow (after midnight tonight) and you should then be able to send in any new filings more or less immediately.
