Internal Failure (Bad Tag) () / 9

Hi,
We have gotten the following error back after making a CompanyDataRequest.

X+0b4274-514162 Internal Failure (Bad Tag) () / 9

The first code seems to vary from request to request.

Does anyone know what this might be?

We don’t have much data to go on but this may be limited to one company (08059522).
Has anyone encountered this error before or @snicholas are you able to shed any light on the cause of the error?

This is indeed related to this particular company Arthur. I am pretty sure that I know the reason for the failure, but I am currently awating confirmation.

It’s now working!

Was this because of something the company did with a previous filing?

Its more of a a volume of data issue Arthur.

For the next time we encounter one of these is there a better way to get these issues fixed or is this the best way of dealing with it?

Instances of these cases are few and far between though.
