Hi,
We have gotten the following error back after making a CompanyDataRequest.
X+0b4274-514162 Internal Failure (Bad Tag) () / 9
The first code seems to vary from request to request.
Does anyone know what this might be?
Thanks

We don’t have much data to go on but this may be limited to one company (08059522).
Has anyone encountered this error before or @snicholas are you able to shed any light on the cause of the error?
Hi Arthur,
Regarding your two latest postings, can you please supply full submission and response XML to snicholas@companieshouse.gov.uk please.
Thanks
SDN
Thanks, they are on their way
This is indeed related to this particular company Arthur. I am pretty sure that I know the reason for the failure, but I am currently awating confirmation.
SDN
Thanks for confirming this, any ideas on what the actual problem is or when it will get fixed?
If its what I think it is Arthur, I should be able to get in sorted reasonably quickly - I will let you know when I have news.
SDN
Morning,
Do you have any news on this or a timescale for a fix?
Its impacting one of our customers and I am getting pushed for a resolution!
Thanks
Can you try it again now please Arthur?
Thanks
SDN
It’s now working!
Was this because of something the company did with a previous filing?
Its more of a a volume of data issue Arthur.
Thanks for the confirmation that all is now well.
SDN
Hi,
We have got the same issue again with another company, hoping you can help out with it.
Going to send you the xml request and response via email.
Thanks
Hello Arthur,
I will look into this as soon as I can for you.
SDN
Hi Arthur,
Can you try a new data read for this company please?
Thanks
SDN
Thats working now. Thank you.
For the next time we encounter one of these is there a better way to get these issues fixed or is this the best way of dealing with it?
Unfortunately not Arthur,
Instances of these cases are few and far between though.
Happy Christmas.
