Companies House, as part of its ongoing digital transformation, has completed the pilot phase (ongoing since November) on changes we have made to our incorporation validation processes.
The full implementation of these new processes will take place on Monday 17 January 2022. You don’t need to make any changes.
Following the implementation, some limited company submissions will be accepted and registered faster than usual – including submissions made outside of normal ‘office’ hours and on weekends.
