Multiple natures of control

If multiple natures of control are applicable to a PSC, how should that be represented on a CS01.
A typical example would be ownership of shares at 50% and voting rights at 50%.
Attempting to submit this results in a rejection “A PSC of the company appears to be a duplication of another”
