New Company Setup problems

Problem in Registering New Company with
API:

We are posting our xml requests to following URL:

xmlalpha.companieshouse.gov.uk/v1-0/xmlgw/Gateway

And requested xml with dummy data for testing can be seen below
but we are getting nothing from api but just “false” or empty.
Please Guide us that what is correct format of registering Private
Limited Company.

HI. There are example Incorporation on the schemaStatus page under the latest CompanyIncorporation schema. Companies House XML Gateway Input - Schema Status. There are various posts on the forum relating to incorporations which maybe useful to you. If you are a new software filer there are more details available here and you should contact our customer care team for a copy of our Technical Specification and setting up an account. When dealing with Companies House our API is different to our XML gateway so you just need to tell them its the XML gateway you are looking to us so there is no confusion. Thanks
