New ConformationStatement Schema for LLP's?

Do we need to submit the AcceptLawfulPurposeStatement for LLPs or not? I can see a post from May 23 saying LLPs should use the old Schema but nothing that changes that.
We are currently submitting LLPs with the new schema and it is validating successfully but I’m not sure if that is correct.

Yes Mike, LLP CS01s do need the AcceptLawfulPurposeStatement statement.

The LLP Incorporation schema does not need it however.
