Are there any age restrictions for Persons of Significant Control?
Directors for example need to be over the age of 16. Does this also apply to PSCs?

For anyone else curious about this, according to Companies House customer care team, there are no age restrictions for PSCs. Seems odd to me but that’s how the regulations are right now.
There can’t be a minimum age as there is no minimum age for shareholders. Even an infant with shares above the threshold is technically a PSC and you’re just listing them as such.
