I may be missing something obvious here, but is there a reason why there’s a node for CountryOfResidence when detailing a PSC, even though this information is already captured under:
ResidentialAddress >> Address >> Country
PSCs are the same as directors, the law requires both pieces of data which could be different values.
The only difference I see is it’s optional for directors but mandatory for PSCs.
The IN01 form notes seems to indicate that it would be the same. Not sure though?
This field is required in law for directors and PSCs, the directors schema is incorrect so we have ensured it is correct for the new schema but we didnt want to add in additional changes to schemas which have been used for a long time.
