PSC forms and Individual PSC with 790ZG protection (Super Secure Individual)

Hi,

For the Confirmation Statement we were advised that if a company has a Super Secure Individual then they cannot submit the CS01 electronically.

Is the same restriction in place for the individual PSC forms (PSCNotification, PSCChangeDetails, PSCCessation, PSC StatementNotification, PSCStatementWithdrawal) in that they cannot be submitted for companies with a PSC that has 790ZG protection?

In the scenario where a company has two PSCs, one with 790ZG protection and one without 790ZG protection, will the company be restricted from submitting any electronic PSC forms or will it be possible to submit electronic forms for the PSC without the 790ZG protection?

Good morning Paddy,

You are correct in that CS01 submissions with Super Secure individuals cannot be software filed.

I will have to check on your other queries and report back.

Some clarification as promised.

The CS01 cannot be electronically filed if the company has a Super Secure Individual.

It is also not possible to electronically file an event driven PSC form if the company has a Super Secure Individual.
