We are re-introducing Same day registrations for incorporations and name changes from tomorrow, Thursday, 22 April.
For a premium fee, incorporation registrations for limited companies can be fast tracked via software. Name change registrations can be fast tracked via software or web-filing for limited companies or LLP’s.
Incorporation applications can only be accepted via software and name change applications via software or our web-filing service.
They must be submitted by 11am to be processed on the same day.
Please note that any applications received after the 11am cut off will not be processed until the next working day. We are not currently offering same day services for any other service until further notice due to current restrictions.
