Register of Secretaries on public record

My understanding is that a company can only select to keep their register of secretaries on public register if they have appointed at least one secretary.

If a company had one corporate secretary and no individuals as a secretary, would this meet the criteria?

Would I be able to get confirmation on this scenario from the policy team?

@paula_brady The type of secretary does not matter. As long as your company has one you can keep the register on the public record.
