We have become aware that companies are being incorporated, and registering a statement in the submission data to advise they do not have a registrable PSC - however they also have an individual who is a 100% shareholder, therefore they should be registered as a PSC.
Whilst we are taking reactive action on those already, I would be grateful if you could advise if you have any guidance / validations in your products to alleviate this issue. I would also be grateful if you could communicate this issue to your users.
