Rejected submission

Hi, I have few questions regarding rejected submission:

  1. When the client received the rejected submission, does it meant the client need to resubmit with the same submission ID or use new submission ID?
  2. How the resubmission linked to the rejected submission?
  3. Does any charge on their credit account apply for the resubmission?

Apologies for the delay in responding.

Please use a new submission number when you resubmit. You are only charged for successful transmissions.
