I spoke with someone at Companies house a couple of years ago about this - is there any news on it? We’re about to implement company formation on our platform and would rather not touch any XML!

Hello Ben,
Our plans to implement API REST filing has been hampered by the need to develop a constant stream of legislative initiatives, all of which were time critical.
However, under our current “transformation” umbrella, we have recently begun a project to deliver API filing. I would add however that it has only just passed from discovery to alpha (in our Agile process) and it will be unfortunately some time before we are in a position to advise further details.
