In connection with the temporary closure of SAME DAY services at Companies House, a validation change to REJECT electronic submissions of this nature should come into force tomorrow morning (Tuesday the 24th March).
Once implemented, any incorporation or change of name filings with same day XML indicator true will fail validation with the following message:

Companies House same-day services are not currently available. Do not submit applications with the SameDay indicator set as true. The SameDay indicator must be set as false.
