Could Companies House tell me if a PSC Individual has a Section 790 ZF Exemption, is the Usual Residential Address for that PSC still required to be submitted on the electronic Confirmation Statement?
Yes, its the same as directors 243 exemption, you have to provide the residential address the only difference is thats it falls under a different protection regime, its a mandatory field on notification.
